Craig starts each piece with an ingot. He made this ring in 18k gold and used a gem-quality Candelaria turquoise stone. Craig, a Navajo jeweler, has spent many hours practicing bezel-making. Like on all his rings, he has perfected the bezel hand chiseling and filing each grove by hand. The use of gold sets this ring apart in his work, mainly in silver.
